RED button or the white stone (do not disturb) can be selected in different case. Please mind that daily maid service won’t take place provided that you have left DO NOT DISTURB indication.

BILLING
Accounts may be settled only from 08:00 to 23.00. In case you are taking an early morning flight, please settle your bill on the day before your departure. Your invoice will be sent to your email address.

BEACH TOWELS
TownHouse provides daily beach towels & beach bags for the hotel guests. Please pass by the reception desk to pick up your beach set and give it back to the front desk team upon your return to the hotel.

HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONING
The hotel has full central heating and air conditioning. Each room has its own thermostat to control and adjust the ambient temperature.

WATER
Water on Mykonos is not drinkable. Please do not fill the Nespresso coffee machine and the kettle with tap water. Please use the complimentary bottled water.

MINI BAR
Each room is equipped with a mini bar containing snacks and a selection of refreshments. A Bar tariff is available for your convenience. If you would like particular drinks stocked in the min bar please contact Reception.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 8 am until 11 am at 54 area. During Covid-19 we will offer either buffet or a la carte breakfast service, depending on the hotel occupancy. If Buffet breakfast is served, this needs to be served by a member of our staff rather than directly by hotel guests, for health and safety reasons.

Breakfast in room needs to be ordered the evening before and is available from 8am – 11am. Please fill in the ΄Βreakfast In Room΄ order form in your room and notify Reception.

• If you have book a Night Owl Rate, you can still enjoy your breakfast at the extra cost of 28€ per person.

Pump Gym is part of the hotel and located 50 metres from the main building. Please ask Reception for directions.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
For your convenience, we provide a safe deposit box in your room where you can keep your valuables. However, the hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss of valuables and/or money left in guest rooms.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Our property has been built according to traditional Cycladic architectural guidelines, which require that large buildings be built in a multilayer format with no more than two stories. As a result, some building areas may require your attention. We cannot take any responsibility for injuries sustained as a result of the structure of the hotel and its many stair cases.

HEALTH & MEDICAL CARE
A first aid kit is available at Reception. For more serious issues there are numerous doctors on Mykonos, including general practitioners, cardiologists, dentists, orthopedics, gynaecologists and other specialists. We will be happy to provide more information and assistance via Mykonos hospital. If you feel unwell or experiencing any concearning symptoms, please contact Reception.

IN CASE OF FIRE
If for any reason you suspect a fire, you should immediately call Reception. If the fire alarm sounds, evacuate your room at once following the exit signs on the corridors and use the stairs. Fire extinguishers can be found on each floor. For your own safety the use of candles and cooking devices are prohibited.

SMOKING POLICY
Please note that you have booked a non-smoking room with us and smoking (including via electronic devices) is not permitted. A cleaning fee will be levied in the event of a guest violating our non smoking policy.
